Mr Rawal has been associated with Valley Group of Companies from the year 2002 till date in the capacity of a Managing Director. He is also the Chair person for the company Aerobricks Company Pvt Ltd as from the year 2016 till date and for the company Barcode Nepal Pvt Ltd as from the year 2005 till date.

A Visionary influencer and a great conversationist who has successfully governed Nepal’s poultry industry for last 25 years. He is President of Nepal Feeds Industries and Association (NFIA) , executive committee member of Nepal’s federation of Nepalese chambers of Commerce and industry(FNCCI) and active member of Lions Club. Over 20 years of Experience in Handling Imports to Nepal. Mr. Baral has had a celebrated career as Head-Operations in ICD Birganj for 7 years and is now a partner in the Terminal Management Company that runs the Terminal. He is a visionary in developing faster and cheaper transit of cargo from gateway Indian Ports to the door of the Importer in Nepal. He heads the partnership between Bindabasini and Indomatrix and undertakes all operations on the Nepalese side.

Mr. Dinesh Nepal is a highly accomplished professional with a wealth of experience in the import industry. As the past Director of United Nepal Publication Director and the current Chairman of Abhigna Trading Company Pvt. Ltd., he has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of the business landscape. With his extensive knowledge and expertise, Mr. Nepal actively contributes to streamlining import operations in Nepal, forging strategic partnerships, and driving economic growth in the country.

Mr. Upendra Raj Shrestha is a highly accomplished person who has served in important leadership positions in numerous organizations as the Director of Uma Maheshowar Kapada Udyog and Co-Treasurer of Nepal Business Association, Proprietor of Square Readymade, Former Board Member of Kritipur Volunteer Service (KVS), Chairperson of International Association Lions Club District 325 F Nepal Club Service, and Officer of Lions Club of Kathmandu Sanjivani Clubs. He has successfully managed operations and made significant contributions to community service initiatives as a former director and chair.
